Transforming Hope, Resilience, Inclusion, and Valuable Education.
THRIVE Student Support & Behavior Consulting partners with families and schools to create calm, practical, and compassionate plans for students who need more than a one‑size‑fits‑all approach.
Our Founder: Kristy Rogers Rhemann, M.A.S.E.
Kristy Rogers Rhemann is an educator, advocate, and behavior consultant with a deep commitment to improving the lives of children, families, and schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Austin Peay State University and a Master of Arts in Special Education from Belmont University, bringing over a decade of specialized experience to the field.
Throughout her career, Kristy has served in numerous leadership and support roles, including Lead Special Education Teacher in a building serving approximately 1,450 students annually, Teacher Mentor for newly hired teachers, and Behavior Consulting Teacher. These roles have equipped her with a unique ability to guide educators, collaborate with administrators, and empower families navigating the complexities of special education.
Her professional expertise includes developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), creating effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supporting gifted learners through enriched and differentiated lessons tailored to their strengths.
Kristy is also highly trained in trauma‑responsive practices, including Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) training. This work deepened her understanding of how early trauma impacts brain development, behavior, and long‑term well‑being, and shaped her approach to helping schools build resilience‑focused environments that prioritize emotional safety, supportive relationships, and proactive interventions.
Above all, Kristy founded THRIVE to bridge gaps between families, schools, and communities so every child receives the individualized, compassionate, and effective support they deserve.

Student‑Centered
Every recommendation starts with the individual student — their strengths, needs, story, and goals.
Collaborative
We partner with families, educators, and related service providers to build plans that feel shared, not pushed.
Trauma‑Informed
Behavior is communication. We focus on safety, relationships, and regulation before expectations and academics.
