IEP / 504 Advocacy & Consultation Package – $450 (Most Popular)
This comprehensive package is designed to provide meaningful support without ongoing open-ended billing, ensuring clarity, structure, and value.

- Defined scope of services

- Records review of relevant educational and medical documentation, such as:
- IEP and/or 504 Plan
- Eligibility Reports
- FBA/BIP
- Evaluation data
- Physician or medical recommendations (when applicable)

- One post-meeting follow-up consultation
- Clear, actionable next-step guidance

IEP / 504 Meeting Attendance (À La Carte) – $100 per meeting
For families who need advocacy support during the meeting itself, with clear documentation afterward.

Minimum commitment: 3-hour minimum ($300) per visit to ensure adequate observation and meaningful planning.

Monthly Consultation Retainers
Ongoing access to consultation hours each month for student support, teacher coaching, and collaboration with leadership teams.
Light Support: approx. $500 / month
