IEP / 504 Advocacy & Consultation Package – $450 (Most Popular)

This comprehensive package is designed to provide meaningful support without ongoing open-ended billing, ensuring clarity, structure, and value.

What’s Included

  • Defined scope of services
  • Strategic advocacy support
  • Records review of relevant educational and medical documentation, such as:
    • IEP and/or 504 Plan
    • Eligibility Reports
    • FBA/BIP
    • Evaluation data
    • Physician or medical recommendations (when applicable)
  • Attendance at one virtual IEP or 504 meeting
  • One post-meeting follow-up consultation
  • Clear, actionable next-step guidance

What’s Not Included

  • Unlimited meeting attendance
  • Ongoing open-ended advocacy
  • Legal representation

IEP / 504 Meeting Attendance (À La Carte) – $100 per meeting

For families who need advocacy support during the meeting itself, with clear documentation afterward.

What’s Included

  • Virtual meeting attendance
  • Flat rate regardless of meeting length
  • Written meeting summary with key decisions and recommended next steps sent via email

What’s Not Included

  • Full educational record review
  • Additional meetings
  • Extended written analysis
  • Ongoing follow-up consultation

In-Home Behavior Consulting – $100/hour (3-hour minimum)

Available on a limited basis and focused on practical, family-centered implementation.

What’s Included

  • Direct in-home observation
  • Identification of behavioral, environmental, and skill-based needs
  • Written observation summary
  • Detailed, family-friendly behavior support plan tailored for home implementation

What’s Not Included

  • Ongoing in-home therapy
  • Crisis response services
  • Clinical diagnosis or mental health treatment

Minimum commitment: 3-hour minimum ($300) per visit to ensure adequate observation and meaningful planning.

To maintain ethical and effective services, THRIVE SSBC does not:

  • Provide clinical diagnoses
  • Offer unlimited on-call advocacy without a defined scope

THRIVE partners with schools to build sustainable systems and supports for students with behavioral and social-emotional needs, while equipping staff with practical tools.

Behavior Consultation & Coaching

Case-specific consultation, observation, and coaching for staff supporting students with challenging behavior or complex needs.

Hourly and package options available

Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

Observations, interviews, record review, and a comprehensive FBA report with clear, actionable recommendations aligned with an effective BIP.

Typically $450–$600 depending on scope

Monthly Consultation Retainers

Ongoing access to consultation hours each month for student support, teacher coaching, and collaboration with leadership teams.

Light Support: approx. $500 / month
Full Support: approx. $900 / month

Professional Development & Training

Trainings focused on behavior, trauma-informed practices, de-escalation, classroom systems, and supporting diverse learners.

Single sessions, half-day, and full-day options
