THRIVE Student Support & Behavior Consulting Is Now Serving Families Nationwide
At THRIVE Student Support & Behavior Consulting, our mission has always been simple: help students thrive by ensuring families understand their rights, schools meet their obligations, and support plans are built on evidence—not guesswork.
We’re excited to share an important update: THRIVE now serves families across the United States through virtual and phone-based services.
This expansion allows families in any state to access expert guidance, advocacy, and consultation—without the barriers of geography.
A Federal Foundation That Applies to Every State
Special education can feel overwhelming, especially when families are told, “That’s just how we do it in this state.”
Here’s the truth:
IDEA (the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and FAPE (Free Appropriate Public Education) are federal law.
Every state must comply with these requirements.
While each state publishes its own procedural safeguards and may interpret certain processes differently, the federal foundation does not change. That foundation is what guides all THRIVE services.
What This Means for Families
-
Your child’s rights do not disappear at state lines
-
Schools must provide:
-
Appropriate evaluations
-
Individualized, data-driven IEPs
-
Services designed to provide meaningful educational benefit
-
-
Parents are equal members of the IEP team—everywhere

No matter where you live:

Your child is entitled to FAPE

-
Support should be proactive, not reactive
THRIVE is honored to support families nationwide—helping students, families, and schools move forward together.
